I’d attempt it, but only with the cracked version.
Doesn’t seem to be a game that I’d genuinely play, so before wasting money, I’d just work on that.

I’ve already taken a look at it, and it’s pretty easy to do just about everything you asked for.
My personal problem with it is that it’s heavily VCRuntime based, which is why I forwarded the game to señor @KyleKatarn.
If I can’t control the behavior directly, I don’t want to work on it~.
